Decent Starter Set
We picked these up to help strengthen our shoulders. Working at a desk is hard on our shoulders and necks, and this provides a lot of options to both stretch and strengthen. Assembly is easy. The top U tubes are one piece. Each foot slides into each end. Pay attention to the thumb screw direction; they should point towards the long end. The various thumb screws simply screw in. The attachment tube simply slides in and secures with thumb screws. If you have carpet, you shouldn't need the connector for much of anything. I docked one star because I'm concerned about the thumb screws. They screw into welded on nuts, but the welds look pretty bad/insufficient. I won't be surprised if break eventually. Another complaint is the plastic tube inserts in the feet. They are meant to make a tight fit with the upper tube, but they slide around a lot. They aren't glued down at all. Lastly, this wasn't perfectly square for us. On a hard surface, this didn't sit flat. The rubber feet caps are thick on one side and thin on another; I was able to adjust those to get this to sit more flat. Overall this is ok. I doubt it'll last forever, but it is good get your feet wet. If you are unsure how much you'll use this, this is a decent option. You can always get something nicer later if you love these.
