Complete garbage
The design on multiple of the mugs was scratched off in various places. No QA in place, obviously. And most definitely not dishwasher safe since they were scratched before even arriving here. How can you guys not see the damaged product before shipping? Regardless, your process of attaching the image to the mug is so inferior to just doing them myself that I'll end up getting the equipment and doing it in-house. No way to get a refund since it isn't fulfilled by Amazon. Waste of time and money. Read more
Misprint fixed!
Update... The company was very quick to replace the missprinted cups! The arrived quickly as well. I am so happy with them and will be ordering more! The cups are beautiful! The only problem is they messed up the address on all my cups. I double checked my image I uploaded and it is correct. These are for for my restaurant and I am very upset Read more

Letters not dishwasher safe, but such a good price
Great price, but the letters come off after 1 or 2 washes. I actually bought a water sealant spray and that worked (so far). Read more
