The finish and customization is great. The quality of the cups is closer to a 2 star. The outer shell is held to the inner sleeve by a screw, and the screw threads into an adapter that's spot welded to the bottom of the inner half. On some of my cups the spot welds has burn through and there was drink leaking through the bottom of the cup. The lids are also difficult to clean. They tend to trap a lot of drink in areas that you can't get to, including under the slider that closes the mouth off and under the metallic rim on the lid. If you're drinking coffee with creamer on it this gets gross pretty quickly. I purchased a large batch for my business but will have to look into alternatives for the future. Read more
