Follow-up to August 2025 review: In addition to the mounting tips I provided earlier, I recommend getting small nylon washers from the hardware store and installing them under the nuts (see photo). They not only spread the load across the elongated slots, but also lock the nuts in place. Before getting these washers, the nuts worked loose after a couple of weeks. Now they stay snug. Frankly, they should be included with the hardware from the manufacturer. After nearly six months the aluminum shelves and adhesive mounting pads are holding up well, though I recommend checking the mounting pads occasionally and pressing them down. However, the nuts and screw posts are iron that rusts easily (see picture). They would be better if they were stainless steel, aluminum or other rust-free material. But overall, these are excellent shelves that solve the problem of falling suction cup shelves. Read more
