Cart post Magnet is super strong and holds on to the golf cart excellent! The ring on the other hand that you attach to your cellphone is not as strong as the post. You have to fit the phone perfectly from the ring magnet to the post. If you don’t the phone will fall. I would get your own phone case with a magnetic backing to use that would be the best bet.
