This is a manual blood pressure cuff, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do — no more, no less. It works properly, gives consistent readings, and didn’t arrive with any surprises. I’ve used this enough to fully trust that it will give me the same readings in the ambulance that they’ll see in the ER. Pair it with a good stethoscope and you’ll be within 3mmhg of any ridiculously expensive automated BP machine in a hospital. Calibration is easy and takes just a couple of seconds.
