At first, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the white hat for my husband, not realizing that they were reversible. I thought that the picture was wrong. It turns out that it could be worn either pink or white. I'm going to have to get him another one because the pink just isn't him. It fits me though, and I can wear it either pink or white - it's completely reversible with no showing seams to differentiate. It fits a grown person perfectly - both he and I tried it on. The brim isn't very wide, so it's not great for keeping the sun out of your face, but it's a cute little hat for fashion, bald men (or very little hair) in the sun, or even if you just don't want the sun to dye your hair. It's thick enough to keep the rays out. It's a somewhat soft material - like a baseball hat, and it's comfortable to wear all day. Our family loves hats. We live in the land of the sun, so its all sun, all the time. As a result, we wear a LOT of hats. These two bucket hats are great. They are functional and simple. Nice quality. All the things you expect! I like the pink color, it is just the right shade. The pictures show my son who is 14, so the hat is a bit bigger on him, but he likes it that way. My teen hated on this hat but I think it's cute! I wore it as a rain hat on an unexpectedly cold and rainy day here in the southeastern US. Even though it's cotton, it did well to protect my head from the rain and folded up easily to store in my purse while I shopped. I searched for a bucket hat that was cotton and had a white lining because I plan to wear this at the pool and didn't want my head to get hot. It definitely is a snug hat, my head is average sized and it fits but if my head were a larger size it wouldn't fit. It looks best when worn with the seams over the ears, otherwise it looks wonky. For the low price at the time I selected it, it's worth it, being a light color and made of cotton, but it's not a high quality item really. This is a good basic hat. It's pretty thin and folds up well. It is comfortable to wear. It fits well, although it might be tight if you have a larger head. For the price it's perfectly adaquate. The brim part isn't too large, so if you want something that can really block out the sun then you might want to get something larger. Read more

It's made from 100% cotton, which feels nice and is breathable for sunny days. It's super practical too, as it's foldable, making it easy to stash in my handbag or fanny pack when I'm indoors.
