Brand: DIYMAG Style: 20Pack 30Lbs+ Color: Silver Material: Alloy Steel, Neodymium Finish Type: Polished Got these to use on a cruise in 2022. They were so useful and an essential for cruise line cabins with metal interiors. Most are metal on the wall and also the ceiling. These were strong and held my items for easy access. Hang clothes, hats, sunglasses, lights, portable fan. And also found them to be very useful to use in the cabin bathroom! These magnets are strong, small and compact. Also used then to hang stuff in an RV, and also lights on a metal frame of a popup outdoor canopy - Great for camping also! They also worked very well to hang decorations and wreaths for an event in an outdoor open air pavilion that used metal posts in the construction. Worked great! Read more

We brought these DIYMAG magnetic hooks for our cruise this summer, and they were an absolute lifesaver. If you’ve ever cruised before, you know there is never enough hanging space in the cabin—these completely solved that problem. The magnets are incredibly strong; when they say 30+ pounds, they genuinely mean it. We hung bags, wet swimsuits, hats, and lanyards, and the hooks never budged. You can stick them anywhere the cabin walls or ceiling are magnetic, and they hold firm without slipping. The only minor challenge was screwing the hook into the base the first time, since the magnet tries to pull in one direction, but once you get it started it’s smooth sailing. The build quality feels solid, and after a week of constant use they still look brand new. For such a small, inexpensive item, these made our cabin so much more organized—definitely a must-have for any cruise. Read more

great hook to have on a cruise with you. Bought these because I found out the walls in the stateroom were magnetic and man oh man was this handy. Had these hooks all over the place holding stuff for us since the staterooms are smaller and have very minimal countertop space. It says it'll hold 30lbs, but I don't think that is true. My purse weighed at most 4 lbs (didn't have a scale with me on vacay) and when the magnet was on the wall, it slid down with the purse on it. When I hung it from the ceiling, it still felt like it was going to fall and I didn't want to wake up in the middle of the night to a startle so I never tried again so maybe it would have held, but again, wasn't gonna risk it over my sleep. The color is a nice bright blue so it's easy to find on the beige walls and we grabbed them all before disembarking. Read more

I’m blacklisted from most major cruise lines after a little debacle that would later become known in maritime law as the “Pacific Chicken Incident”. My wife mailed me some of these magnetic hooks along with other personal effects for my extended stay at this fancy detention center. These magnets stick to the cell walls and bunk bed perfectly. My bunk mates even traded a couple for double-ply toilet paper and 45 minutes on Sergei’s phone. Very useful. Not strong enough to hang 140lbs, but super handy for pictures and hygiene items. Lot of uses. I see how people allowed on cruises would appreciate these. Read more

These are so great for holding things and hanging things from. Whether it's on the fridge, the front door, or the kids' bed frames. Very strong magnets and have been more useful than I expected so I'm glad so many came in the order. Read more

The magnets are pretty strong and work well for many different items. However they do NOT hold 30 pounds even vertically, perhaps 15lbs tops. I put 20lbs on it hanging from the ceiling of a conex container, and it fell immediately Read more
