Not that you can't just use the kickstand on the system, but I worry about the longevity of the kickstand with too much regular use, and this is a nice alternative to prop the system up. Easy to set up and collapse, has a good range of angles you can set it at, still fits great with my case on the console, convenient for playing at a table or desk when the TV is in use, or there's not one around. Maybe a little too big to fit in my carrying case if I have any other accessories packed in there, but I plan to keep it on a desk at home, and just use the kickstand when I'm on the go :) Read more
The stand looks accurate to the product photos and arrived in perfect condition. I absolutely love the pink color and the strawberry print. It feels very sturdy yet lightweight. It has nonslip pads on the base and where the device rests. There are 6 height settings, so there are lots of options for your preferred playing/viewing angle. It works really well. It can hold my Nintendo Switch, my Nintendo, 3DS, my phone, etc.. I don’t have a Switch 2 yet, but it should work for that too. It’s good for placing on a hard surface like a desk or a table and also a soft surface like a bed. At the time of making this review, the stand is selling for about $13.
