OMFG. Best thing EVER. My gyn dr recommended it. I have bad reflux issues and would be up burning in my throat so freaking bad. I notice since I have taken this daily I have had none. Even tested it by drinking alcohol and eating chocolate late. NO REFLUX I am AMAZED. I did not realize it helps that until I looked it up because that was all I did different and it did say it helps. EXCELLENT Read more

I like these probiotics for women because the capsules are so easy to swallow. They have a good effect, and my body feels more agile. This is my personal experience. Read more

They have multiple good strains of bacteria. While the addition of cranberry is very beneficial, I can no longer use them to start yogurt with, it just didn't work. I lost a whole batch of yogurt. I used a different kind of milk so it may not have been all cranberry in the probiotic. But not anxious to try it again. Never a batch do that before. They seem to be good for what they are intended for. Easy to swallow. Have no smell, so very easy to take. I have been using this brand for a while now, I like the bacteria strains that are included. Seem to be a good quality at a reasonable price. Read more

I added a probiotic to the regular supplements I take daily a few years ago. It makes a big difference in not kust my digestion but my overall health. So many of our systems have their foundations in our gut, including our immune system & our hormonal balances. I have always dealt with a hormonal imbalace that causes migraines, crappy periods & breakouts. It's been a constant struggle since my mid 20s, & leaves me with borderline PCOS. I'm now 36 & dealing with not just the migraines, but the acne, is just unacceptable at my age. I know plenty of women deal with the issues as well. Adult acne is nothing to be ashamed of, but it is frustrating, painful & so hard to conceal. I actually went back to school at 30 to become a medical esthetician; originally my research & drive to learn was to heal my own skin & hopefully my underlying hormonal issues, but it quickly turned into learning everything I could to help others suffering from the same condition. Female hormonal adult acne rates have skyrocketed in the last decade. Our eating habits, stress, pollution, chemicals found in skincare marketed as "great for skin" & "noncomedogenic" all work in collaboration to be detrimental to our skin. Breakouts, but also wrinkles, redness, inflammation, dullness, rosacea & eczema flares, etc can all be attributed to not kust what we place on our skin, but also way we place in our bodies. Probiotics, a good one with multiple strains of bacteria & a lot of it, can be one of the best things you can do to help repair those issues. My skin not only glows, but my breakouts have decreased drastically since adding a probiotic. I do have a great skincare routine & that goes a long ways, but internal gut health is the basis for that skincare being able to be effective. I had let my bottle of my previous probiotic run out & with all that had been going on in 2020, I had just forgotten to reorder. It wasn't until my digestion seemed off, my energy seemed especially low & my skin was especially finiky that it dawned on me that I hadn't been taking a probiotic. I found this 1 & liked the info I read, so I decided to try it. I've used 1 complete bottle now, well...half a bottle as I split it with my mom. It's def a probiotic I would continue to order. My skin is clear again, for the most part (I've come to terms with the fact that even prescription retinoids & regular facials can't keep my skin completely clear), my stomach feels great, my period cramps were even fewer this month. I also believe when I am taking a good probiotic, it can help my allergies to be less severe. Dec & Jan tend to be the worst months for me every year, & this last month has absolutely been less severe. The probiotics help to prevent an overrun of histamine based inflammation in your system. I find the capsules are easy to take as well. I always look for a probiotic with billions, not millions, of cultures, & this 1 fits the bill as well. If you are looking for a good probiotic to try, this 1 should def be an option. It doesn't cost $40 a month, as some others do as well. Read more

I was plagued with UTI’s and a severely inflamed bladder — about the only things I could drink that didn’t irritate my bladder were water and milk. . I went to a urologist and she made several suggestions — one of which was a regimen of probiotics— all of which I incorporated into my routine. (A prescription estrogen cream among them.) I did some research online and found a study done on probiotics and UTI’s. The study mentioned two strains of probiotics by name that seemed to help stem UTI’s — unfortunately I can’t remember the names — but this was the only probiotic I could find that contained both of them. It took quite some time, but the inflammation cleared up and I haven’t suffered a UTI in almost two years. I can drink anything in moderation and it doesn’t hurt. I don’t believe the probiotic stopped the UTI’s by themselves but I do believe they were instrumental in reducing the irritation and allowing the lining of my bladder to heal. Read more

My gut feels much happier since I started using this product. However, my vaginal health has only seen marginal improvements. I suffer from frequent vaginal yeast infections, which I was hoping this product would help curb by replenishing my vaginal microbiome, but it has done quite literally nothing to help mitigate the infections. In my opinion, this product should only be used if you are primarily trying to boost your gut microbiome and want to help your vaginal microbiome on the side. It should not be used -- in my opinion and experience -- to recover your vaginal microbiome from infections or after taking antibiotics. This should be used more like a vaginal maintenance product. Ultimately, I don't regret taking these probiotics. They have significantly helped improve my gut health and they have not harmed me in any way. I'm just disappointed in the lack of improvement to my vaginal health after two weeks of taking them. I would have expected improvements due to the sheer volume of strains contained within, but again, I've seen no improvements. This isn't a bad product per-se, it's just not one that met my needs.
