I loved this product. The goofy vet tech told me not to pluck at home because he will scream. I said “what”, she said, “yeah, he will scream”. I say “goofy” because she was very contradictive to the vet and myself. Everything I or vet said were wrong in her eyes, which seems out of her job description idk. I didn’t want to spend $50 on a 30 second pluck because of her, so I bought this for, I think $7 ish , on Black Friday. Don't get scammed yall. A lot came out when I applied to his inner ear. I tapped it around, then used my hand to rub ear from the outside. The powder was a dry-tacky sensation on my fingers. I let it absorb for a few seconds then made sure to separate outer ear hair from the hair in the center. Don't pull out outer ear hair, it will hurt. I grabbed the inner hair with my fingers and they came right out. Took a few “pulls” in each ear to get it all. Hair removal was freaking seamless and my puppy had no reaction. High quality product - it did what it needed to. Didn’t notice a smell, puppy was comfortable, and I’d agree it is functional but a lot came out. Next time I’ll tap the side of bottle with finger and see how product distributes. Squeezing bottle was a bit much. Dogs with ear hair / floppy ears are more prone to ear infections. We adopted my puppy with a double yeast infection. Vet cleaned them out and applied medication which cleared it right up. I check his ears weekly for debris. I try to avoid water getting in his ears during bath. I always dry out ears with paper towel for safe measures. I plan to also purchase ear cleaning pads in the near future :) 10/10 product Read more
Good price, easy to use. The smaller bottle makes it easier to puff the product inside your dog's ears. It does reduce the wax and make it easier to pull out hair stuck in the ear canal, although I still have issues with some stubborn hairs. Read more
So I NEVER write reviews. Don’t know why but I just don’t. I had to for this one cause this product is AMAZING. It worked IMMEDIATELY. I used it for the 7 days as directed but LITERALLY the next morning she was not scratching her ear and the redness was gone in 2 days. Didn’t even have to take her to the vet, which will I was dreading. HIGHLY Recommended Read more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This product is easy to use and very effective. Our family owns two goldendoodles. One of our doodles is prone to ear infections. We normal pay for the vet to removed hair which leaves us with a hefty bill, because they sedate our pups. I was able to put this in their ears and slowly pick out the hair like you would imagine a bird slowing plucking out little hairs. It took me about 20 minutes for each of my pups. They didn't cry and there was no bleeding, they were a little annoyed but tolerated their mother. Read more
Started doing home grooming for my Standard a year ago and never really knew how to do the ears. I had seen products like this used in videos but thought there was more to it. Nope. It’s super simple and the hair comes out very easily. Pour some in, rub it around, and then plucks right out. Give your dog some treats and it’s easy! Highly recommend! Read more
Very safe for my dog, and easy to use. Recommend this product Read more
Giving 3 stars because after speaking to our vet I discovered this stuff will only work for certain breeds. Australian Shepherds don't have the hair in their ears like some breeds, so this is not something that will help our pup. I should have asked first and saved my m0ney. Definitely check with your vet first Read more
