I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this ball. It is fun bright color and comes with the pump already which is helpful. The instructions were easy to rest assas pumping the ball. It is lightweight for the puppy to pick up but durable enough for the big dog to not pop it like he does all other balls. Material feels like a good quality soccer ball, not soft like a sponge that can be torn apart. This ball is wonderful. I have several dogs ranging from a small Havanese to a large Labrador retriever. Both dogs love laying with the ball. The strips on the side of the ball are made with the same material as the ball and they are very heavy. The strips allow my dogs to play together playing tug of war.
