This is a sturdy well made purse. I use it as a tote when i need to carry alot of things. I have found that it works best hand carried like a brief case. Too bulky for shoulder strap, plus the snaps won't stay snapped. The bottom is brilliant (see photo). Honestly I like to look at it...it makes me smile. Read more

When this bag arrived I was a bit surprised and disappointed to open the box and find such an ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT bag just laying in the box, no branded dust bag and tissue to make the presentation. It is such an AMAZING bag, I felt a little let down. Maybe that's just me, but I like to store my handbags in their dust bags ? Nevertheless, this really is a very pretty large structured but not stiff bag. Made very well with beautiful butterfly graphics on the flap and a bright red body, so the flap really stands out. The large interior in free of any in pocket, but does have a zippered pouch attached to the side wall with rivets which are placed to appear on the backside of the bag. It's really quite a STUNNING gift able item for sure. Oh yeah, in further inspection I found there are snaps on both sides on the bag to either extend the entire or snap it closed for less roominess. Although there aren't metal feet on the bottom of the bag, it does have a unique extended edging on the base of the bag, which keeps it from hitting the table, very well done and ingenious. It something I don't think I have ever seen before. Well done indeed. It has a top handle and comes with a red shoulder strap with great hardware, with carabiners for easy removal however the strap is non adjustable. But the large D rings on the top makes it super easy to add whatever straps you want. Plus a great place for attaching all my favorite purse pals and charms. They also have quite a few other designs featured on the front and other colors. They have the cutest little turtle on one, it's definitely on my wishlist for the Christmas/ Holiday Season. I highly recommend these bags as a great gift idea. But you will need to add the fine wrappings, like dust bag and tissue, before sending it as a gift, so have it delivered to you, and you make it a gift. It's worth the effort. Cheers 🍷 Read more

The clean, structured proportions on this well made bag are deceptive--it's large enough to fit a 13'' chromebook, long wallet, paperback and sundries with room to spare. Favorite features: In addition to the fixed length 38" shoulder strap (crossbody in a pinch, but short on my 5'10" frame) the bag can be lifted/carried by the top handle without spilling the contents of the open bag. Also, the color printing is phenomenal--saturated, precise and fully integrated with the surface texture. Least favorite feature: the pieces of the hidden magnetic clasp can be fiddly to align from the outside, and that's the only means of securing the flap to close the bag. DOGO is a new-to-me company based in Izmir; their brand story notes they employ officially licensed images in addition to sustainable practices and vegan leather. While Ms. Kahlo herself can’t speak to the merchandising of her words and images, at least some recognition carries on to another generation, and in the case of this bag, at least licensing was obtained for the phrase that winks at the sturdy, high quality vegan skin it's printed on (a nuance the intended recipient will enjoy). I got this bag right after Oktoberfest which is a bummer because it matches my dirndl outfit exactly. My dress is pale blue with a light pink lace apron over it. It looks SO adorable with this bag. The really amazing thing is the picture on it, which could be an exact replica of the little Bavarian town we live near that hosts the annual Oktoberfest for the area.
