I ordered this in a large, I am a solid size 14 and it was very baggy on me so I do recommend downsizing. I sent my large back for a medium since I was so very impressed with the sweater. The medium was perfect. The sweater is incredibly well made and looks like will last for a very long time so it has become a fast favorite of mine. It's kind of toasty so I would not call it light weight if that is what you are looking for. I don't know what you call it but the hems on the sleeves are so nicely done that you don't want to and don't need to roll them up, they are beautiful and not aggravating like most sweaters these days. I'm watching for my favorite color to be in stock so I can order a second one since I know they will last since they are so well made. Highly recommend but downsize it. Read more

This garment is a little more jacket than sweater. I got a black one to layer with a pullover I have. The pullover is smooth and flat whereas this is a little bulky and waffle textured. I wanted a crew neck to keep my throat area warm (and I hate V-neck anything because it looks so masculine and, for me, they're difficult to wear.) This garment has a hard finish, but is not scratchy or itchy. I believe it may have a high cotten content because that's what it feels like. My biggest complaint is the sleeves fall beyond the wrist to my finger tips. You will have to either push the sleeves up, or fold the cuff back in order to get a more proper length, but on me, the folded back cuff still leaves the sleeve length a bit too long. The sleeves end with a 2" cuff which allows turning the cuff back on itself to shorten the sleeve a bit. The buttons are a faux horn plastic button in a contrasting mottled creme and tan. I wanted a textured black sweater to go with a textured black beret I own. This was the only option this late in the season. This garment should give good service with proper care. It is a substantial piece that is, overall, well made with quality materials. I'm not going to recommend it based on the sleeve length. Read more

What a beautiful sensible cardigan sweater. I got it in a cream colour sweater. It runs true to size and looks very feminine on. It’s a gorgeous cardigan.
