I SO wanted to love this bag. It's well-constructed, really holds its shape, and has compartments that open fully for access to accessories. I bought this for a long European trip, and was ready to love it. However, there are two issues that became deal-breakers. 1. The zippers are incredibly stiff and often stick, so you often have to use two hands... one to pull on the tab, and the other to hold the zipper in the opposite direction you're pulling on the tab. A bag this nice should be easier to wrangle. 2. The bigger issue: the leather dye isn't set. After carrying it on my shoulder through the airport, my light khaki shorts had reddish-brown dye all over them where the bag was rubbing. NOT acceptable. Unfortunately too late to return. I normally don't write reviews.. When this Bag arrived it was very well packed. Quality is amazing and the bag is very functional. 14 inch laptop fits perfectly on it and the bag did not have any bad smells due to chemicals. I would recommend and would purchase again. Read more
