Very nice (in Borat voice) Seriously though I had 3 different slings. I ended up using this the most through my clavicle fracture. It was way more stable with the cushion than my other 2 which was very helpful for the first couple weeks. You can take off the cushion which I did for another couple weeks. Very comfortable, needs better instructions
Very comfortable - I've had to sleep with a sling after surgery for the last 5 weeks, and surprisingly I'm getting some decent rest. Runs a bit hot, so I have a lighter, cheaper sling for anything active. Biggest complaint is the instructions are so very minimal and only cover the main configuration for rotator cuff. Properly Sized Sling Works Better for Healing
The sling the hospital gave me was too big and uncomfortable to wear. The smaller sling I ordered fit me better and encouraged me to wear my sling more leading to a good recovery. Read more

The Only Sling You Need
I bought and tried a few others including the Donjoy Pro and this UltraSling III was my favorite. For rotator cuff surgery I wanted a simple sling with easy connectors that I can remove and reattach without assistance and the others were too unnecessarily complicated with extra parts and annoying velcro that sticks to everything. After surgery you don't want a fight to put on your sling. If you want a smooth and quick process this model is it. The support is great without the weight and the straps are no discomfort. Sure, I wish the shoulder strap and neoprene pad stayed aligned better, but it's no dealbreaker. I'm two weeks post-surgery wearing this sling 24/7 on my good arm and removing and reattaching is a breeze using my clumsy left arm. Just do so while seated on an armless chair, bench, or bed using your lap as a table and practice once before surgery. Read more
