nicer than what I expected, sometimes the color on the pic is different from the actual color of the item when you receive it. Color is really nice and the outer material is not cheap looking it's actually very nice. The bag is a perfect size not too big and not too small, it fits all my stuff and even my heels. I love this bag! I purchased it to use for traveling, (it is the perfect size for a personal carry on), but I’ve started using it as my daily bag because the size is perfect. LOVE the look of this bag, there are so many pockets and places to tuck things in. All the zippers are super smooth. I purchased it to be my personal item for a flight to hold my laptop, tablet, Switch, headphones, book, and 20oz water bottle. I have used it to carry those items a total of 4 times in the past week and one of the straps is already starting to tear away from the bag. Hoping it makes it through my return flight! If you're not trying to carry a whole lot of stuff, I would absolutely recommend this bag. I was hoping to use it as my work bag after I am done traveling, but now I definitely wouldn't recommend it for that kind of use. I am really disappointed because again, the bag is SO cute, and if it felt like it was going to last I would have repurchased in other colors. Pretty bummed, but I'll use it till it breaks for good. There’s plenty of space for a laptop and other essentials, and everything stays organized. Main Issue – Material Quality: The black leather looked cheap in person and started cracking after just one use. That was a big letdown, especially for something meant to be used regularly. Function vs. Appearance: Functionally, the bag works well and carries a lot, but the appearance and durability of the material really took away from the overall experience.
