I tried this in two colors, and it feels like a full failure. The brush is awful, and I get clumps and streaks no matter how careful I am. It dries really stiff. It gets 3 stars mostly because it seems to be the right shade and presumably sculpts like the tagline. Reviews said it could be a sub for what I want, but it didn't work. What I am looking for is an eyebrow tint; I don't want to sculpt, fix, or build infrastructure over my eyes. Just a little tint to color over greys.
