We are using this light fixture in the front porch to replace an older, dim light fixture, and it is such an upgrade! The style is simple, but looks very stylish and modern. It puts out a good deal of light. It was easy to install into the existing socket, and it appears to be pretty well put together. It seems to be made from quality materials. It hasn't been rained on yet, but I like that it's rust proof. It is covered, but open, and we get rains that can come in sideways and hit these, so fingers crossed it holds up to its promise. This is actually a sleek looking lamp and we like the way it's designed for indirect lighting. Gives a cozier feeling to the light quality. Lamp body is metal and feels sturdy while also being lightweight. Box came with wire nuts and screws for mounting to an existing round electrical box and installation was as easy as any other sconce. The product description says the lamp meets "‎cETL, UL, cUL, and ETL" specifications but I could not find markings on the lamp indicating that it is UL (or other recognized laboratory) tested. All said and done, this is a nice looking minimalist style outdoor lamp. I realized that I did not yet take a picture of these installed yet in our vacation home, but I wanted to write my review regardless to share how much I LOVE these lights. There are a lot of more modern lights out there, but what did it for me with these is that the light bounces off the wall, creating a soft white light that is not harsh on the eyes at all. While I first bought these for our outside light, I actually liked them so much that we put them on our family room wall. Something to think about is that many towns and neighborhoods are trying to focus on darkening the sky by mandating that lighting needs to be dark sky friendly. In our resort area, this is the new mandate, and these lights comply as they the bulb is not directly radiating out and up. These lights are dimmable and when the light is ultra low, the glow with a fabulous hue. They do not flicker or look inexpensive at all. These lights were just what we needed. My wife commented immediately how much they make the room look completely updated. So worth the purchase - we love them and are buying more for other areas in our house. Read more

This is a lovely and unique light, but it is priced too high in my opinion. The material looks nice and it comes completely assembled for easy install. The light has a decent brightness to it and looks good. I just can’t see any justification for the price tag with this being a solo light. Read more
