The scent is stronger when you first open the box, but when you use the soap it’s more gentle and still smells really good on your skin. the scent power on these bars is insane. i could smell the soaps through the box they came in. I've been using dove beauty bars ever since I could remember, and these perform just as well as all their other scents. the only reason why it's not 5* is because the strong scent is an inconvenience to me, but it's otherwise a great product that I'll be using daily until I get sick of it!
