I’m giving this chair two stars primarily for its ease of assembly and the appealing fabric color. The design was a key factor in my purchase. Overall, the chair is comfortable, has a decent tilt, and the sturdy metal components add to its durability. However, the performance of the casters has been disappointing. They don’t roll smoothly even they’re unlocked, and I don’t understand the need for locks on each wheel. I often accidentally lock one when I shift my weight. Additionally, the black fabric beneath the seat, which is meant to mount the orange fabric, raises concerns about its long-term durability. I love the design, but I wish the company would pay more attention to these details, especially considering the price point. Updates after two weeks: I’ve changed the ratings to five stars because this company is very communicative. After sharing my feedback on the wheels, they have sent me a new set which rolls smoothly. This chair is amazing!! This was easy to assemble. The cushioning is so comfortable and the parts are very sturdy. Everything works the way it’s meant to. I haven’t messed with the height adjustment yet because the lowest setting is fairly high. I love how wide the cushion is to sit on. This was well worth the price. Read more

This chair is exactly what I was looking for! I'm one of those people who sits criss cross applesauce on every surface if i can manage it, but I had no idea this category of chair even existed! i chose this chair for the unique nostalgic-looking fabric. At the time, there weren't many reviews, and there were many sellers of similar chairs, but the upholstery really appealed to me. I decided to take a chance. When my chair arrived, It was very well packaged and incredibly easy to put together! It's wide, it's comfy, and it looks more expensive than it is! My husband sat in my new chair and soon we were fighting over who gets to sit on it. We decided to buy an identical one and there is now peace in the home office. He appreciates that the chair comes up pretty to a pretty high level for his height and taller workspace. I like to sit really low, so this chair has range. He's a lean back kind of guy, i'm a sit straight up with a pillow person. In other words, 2 people with very different opinions on almost everything are pleased. the cushion is firm but thick enough to sit for long periods. No complaints about back support. Knocking a star off for the casters the chair comes with. Not only do the casters lock with a light gust of wind, ALL of them lock. It's really frustrating to have to spin and make sure all 5 casters are unlocked, else you move and get that awful clacking of locked wheels. I love the look of the chair, it is easy to assemble, it is comfortable enough for the price point but the wheels are driving me absolutely crazy. I don't know if the locking mechanism is faulty and or if they are just so delicate that you barely bump the wheel and it locks but I go to push my chair back and the wheels are unexpectedly locked. I love everything about these chairs but the wheels; they are Very low quality. I replaced mine with inline skate wheels so now we can race our chairs down the hallway! No seriously, two wheels were in pieces out of the box and there was no damage to the box. I had enough wheels to do one chair and I knew immediately that these would have to go. The chair itself is a Magnificent Beast. As advertised, you can sit cross legged. It is sooo comfortable and the materials are heavy duty(except for the wheels). The upholstery is exactly as pictured and has that slightly nubby texture that means it won’t show snags and the confetti color will hide stains. All in all, I give this chair 5 stars in spite of the horrible wheels. The price is great for what you are getting which is high quality and looks way more expensive than what it sells. Just shop for better wheels and order them at the same time as the chair! Or the manufacturer could charge a bit more and give us better wheels from the start. For sure though, buy this chair. Love! Love! Love this chair! Looks amazing with my new desk. I oftentimes will work from home and I have to be on camera for meetings. This chairs is perfect for both- looks good and is so comfy!
