The chair itself is a 5 star. Delivery was 3 star. The color is as website describes, beige/tan and doesn’t look like a race car in my office. The fabric is nice, it’s not velvet, not fuzzy, but it’s comfortable. Doesn’t really retain a lot of heat for what I can tell, granted I’m not in the middle of summer yet. The seat is solid, holds up well & doesn’t sink in under my weight. I’m 6’ about 210lbs. It’s plenty wide enough for me. Arm rests are more plush than firm. Back is wide enough. I wasn’t sold on the head rest pillow looking at it, but it’s actually nice. Lumbar pillow with massage feature sounds kind of cheesy, but it’s nice and big bonus for not being battery operated. Putting it together was easy. I did it by myself in about 35-45 minutes. Instructions are super easy to follow. No extra tools are needed. Honestly, it’s a really solid office/gaming chair. Read more

SOOOO comfortable!!!! I wanted this because I like to sit cross legged while I game, and it works great! It has so much space for your legs and feet, and the cloth material is very comfortable and breathable, much better than the faux leather on most chairs. The mechanical parts are actually metal instead of plastic as well, and it feels sturdy. The armrests are ergonomic and really good for extended periods of time at a keyboard. I don't usually use the lumbar or head support that comes with furniture like this, but the lumbar support on this one is actually really comfortable! Read more

By far the best office chair I’ve ever purchased! The color was exactly as advertised and quality is amazing. I was able to put together on my own in less than 10 minutes and the instructions were clear. Rolls great and is super comfortable. I do not use the massage portion often, but it is good quality as well. Would highly recommend this chair to anyone working from home. Read more

The chair was easy to assemble and looks great! I enjoy it and at 5'1", the leg rest offers a good amount of support if i want to lay back. However, at the lowest setting, my feet can't touch the ground when I'm seated back. If I want to be able to touch the ground, I have to scoot all the way forward which is not comfortable and I lose out on the lumbar support. The chair is advertised for people as short as 5', so I didn't think dangling feet would be a probelm, and sadly it is. So for day-to-day work use, when I want to just sit and type, I need to put a mini stepper in front of it so my feet aren't dangling and numb. Also, the armrests are not adjustable. Since I'm smaller, I dont have any support while typing because they are too wide set. Not the biggest deal, but would be nice to be able to adjust them. The overall seating is wide enough - i can even sit criss-cross in it. And the material is nice...I love how the beige color palette looks warm, cozy, and professional. I wanted a gaming chair that doesn't look like a gaming chair because I'm in a lot of work meetings. All in all, pretty nice chair for the price! Might work a bit better though if you're 5'3" -5'5" to get maximum benefit of the leg rest while not having to compromise on the cons I've listed out due to being short. Read more

I have been holding out to write this review because I have had chairs in the past that start out great and don't end well. This chair surprised me. I wanted a decent quality chair that got my specific needs. Searched for a while and cola.e upon this one. I have hip issues and can't wait for long periods of time. This chair allows me to stretch my hips out comfortably without straining. I am able to sit in it all day and not be in pain by the end of the day. Because of the way all the parts are designed there are a million different ways to configure the chair to fit your body. The functionality was well thought out. I was a little nervous it might tip over when leaned all the way back. But they way it's designed it is completely stable no matter what position you put it in. Adjustments are all completely customizable. And it looks stylish too. I bought the blue color and love it. Read more

my back was killed by an amazon basics chair, i got this and and my back has improved to no pain almost overnight. Assembly was fairly easy and straight forward, chair feels sturdy yet comfortable. I'm 5'9 200lbs and it fits nearly perfectly, only improvement i would make is height adjustable armrests or if these were a bit lower for more comfort playing with a controller. But I'm happy with my purchase, I can't believe i was considering a $550 hbada chair Read more

Oct 2024. I should have paid more attention to other reviews. The arm rests are not at a comfortable height for me and the fabric irritates my forearms and elbows. The height adjustment is very limited. I primarily got it because of the pocket coil cushion. We'll see how long that lasts. Stronger frame and pedestal than chairs I've bought in the past, but still plastic. Swapped out the wheels for the rubber roller blade type. Much easier on my glass chair mat. Lumbar and neck support is good. None of my made in China chairs in the past have lasted six months without something breaking. I'll try to give an update then. Read more

Very comfy and sturdy. Had a few squeaks so I oiled it lightly and now it is quiet. Sits back nicely. Use this for work at a computer and gaming at night. Great color Read more
