LIFE SAVER!!!!! AH-MAZING!!!!
I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS MAGNESIUM! I have A LOT of back issues and insomnia. My doctors and chiropractors have been telling me how much Magnesium Glycinate would help me. I have tried them over the years and it has not really had any notable difference. But THIS ONE?!?!!??! This one is AH-MAZING!!! I do have to take a higher dose of 4 pills per night. But oh my goodness, I CAN SLEEP!!!! My pain is notably lessend, I feel more functional. My pain will never be gone but anything that helps it even a little bit, it's worth it for me. But the biggest difference for me, is my sleep. I do take other things along with it, (no prescription drugs) but I do tend to wake up in the middle of the night if I don't take this as well. I swear by this product and I recommend it to everyone I know any chance I get! Read more
