I’ve struggled with painful muscle cramps in my legs, arms, abdominal muscles, and even fingers. Drinking electrolytes gives me almost immediate relief, and this one has become part of my daily routine. As long as I have it every day, the cramps stay away. The raspberry-lemon flavor isn’t my favorite, but I’ve gotten used to it. The big win here is that it’s naturally flavored and free from artificial chemicals - that’s a huge plus for us. It also mixes beautifully with no undissolved powder or gritty texture. We mix one scoop with about 32 oz of water, and my husband likes his in carbonated water made with our SodaStream. The formula feels clean, the potassium content is impressive, and it’s excellent value for how long the tub lasts. Highly recommend if you’re looking for effective, sugar-free electrolyte support without synthetic additives. I find it much more economical and a healthy alternative to the sports drinks that are laden with sugar. Read more

We’ve been using Dr. Berg’s Raspberry Lemon Electrolyte Powder for several years now, and it remains our go-to hydration support. We’ve tried the grape flavor once, but this one wins—hands down—for taste, effectiveness, and clean ingredients. This isn’t a supplement you “feel” immediately, but if you know your body—especially on whole foods or keto-style eating—you’ll notice the difference when your electrolytes are out of balance. Your cells operate on a sodium-potassium pump, and this powder helps bring potassium in the right ratios. The label says to mix 1 scoop with 16 oz of water, but that’s way too strong for me personally. I add 1 scoop to my 32 oz stainless steel jug, plus a generous ¼ tsp of sea salt, and it tastes absolutely delicious—light, tangy, not overly sweet. My husband even keeps a canister at work. We’ve noticed real benefits over time: Less muscle pain (especially for my husband) Improved sleep quality when potassium levels are up Better hydration without sugar or artificial junk I typically use 2–3 scoops a day, and the 100-serving container lasts us about a month between the two of us. We’ll keep buying this for as long as they make it. Quality: We’ve been using this for years and the quality has always been consistent—never received a clumpy or off-smelling batch. It mixes smoothly, stores well, and we trust the ingredient sourcing. Strength: The potency is spot on—with 1000mg of potassium per serving, this formula actually makes a difference in how we feel. It’s strong enough to support hydration, energy, and electrolyte balance without being overwhelming (especially when diluted to taste). ⭐ Pros: ✔️ Taste: Light, clean raspberry-lemon—no chemical aftertaste ✔️ Effectiveness: Improves hydration, sleep, and muscle recovery ✔️ Ease of Use: Mixes easily in water with no residue or clumps ✔️ Feel Good: Helps maintain electrolyte balance—especially potassium ✔️ Digestion: Easy on the stomach, no bloating or weird effects ✔️ Value for Money: Large-sized tub with 100 servings, generous servings, no fillers or sugar ❌ Minor Cons: The label’s mix ratio (16 oz per scoop) is too strong for us—we prefer it diluted in 32 oz with added sea salt Would love to see more natural flavor options in the future Grape flavor was okay, but this one’s the winner Final thoughts: If you want a clean, sugar-free electrolyte powder that actually supports your body, this is the one. Whether you’re eating whole foods, exercising, or just want to feel better hydrated without garbage ingredients, this stuff is worth it—and we don’t go a day without it. Read more

This mix doesn’t blend real easily and it has a slightly gritty aftertaste. It’s also pretty expensive. That said, I’m pretty pleased with the results. The good and the bad: The powder doesn’t dissolve in cold, tepid, or hot water, however it will blend up almost completely with a handheld immersion blender for several minutes. The lemonade is light and slightly sweet. Not a drink to sip like a Powerade zero, I just make up the 1scoop to 16 oz amount with my blender and chug it every morning. Works like a charm as I’m constantly deficient in potassium and can’t choke down nearly as much potassium rich foods a day that’s required to feel like a normal person. Lol Read more

Taking these has been a game-changer for me. I love Dr. Berg so products and trust his advice more than most doctors. I started using these electrolytes after reading about the benefits from a variety of sources. I love the raspberry lemonade most. I wish they had the orange in the larger size. These average $.45 per serving vs some that are $1-$2 per serving - making this a good value. It tastes great! I have ordered this SO many times and am never disappointed. I have recommended it to family and friends. My ex is hooked on them too. I had to watch my sodium level and have limited it to two (sometimes three) times a day. I don’t get much salt because I am doing keto, OMAD, fasting, so I do not get all the extra salt in processed foods. I noticed an almost immediate boost in my energy level. The powder is so convenient and easy to use - just adjust the quantity that you want. I put 1/2 a scoop sometimes so I can have a little in a my water all day long. If I go to a restaurant or go out, I have a small container that fits in my purse so I can add some when I want it. I often go out of town for a week or so at a time, and I carry a container in my overnight bag for use during the trip. I would recommend this product!! Read more

Tastes good and I know I am getting what I need. I did notice that if you add more water than directed (thought I would just add it to my water bottle) it doesn’t taste good. The correct amount is perfect. Read more
