My husband and I have been using this Tea Tree soap for months, and I am genuinely impressed. I love that it's made with regenerative organic certified oils, which makes me feel good about using it. I bought these in all of the scents. I have used Pure-Castile soap for years. These bars are wonderful. I feel very clean after showering with them with no soap residue after. Like all Dr Bronner's stuff, great quality ingredients and works well. You really get your money's worth with this thick bar soap, and it is very long lasting. Cleans very well and smells literally like the scent it is because it is made with real stuff. No odd chemical smells - when you buy tea tree, it smells like tea tree extract, when you buy lavender, it smells like real lavender flowers, etc. The soaps in this brand are extremely versatile and work just as well on the face as they do on the body, and can even be used to wash up clothing or other items in a pinch. Tea Tree and peppermint are my two favorites from Dr Bronner's. They just feel good on the skin, smell good, wash off easily without leaving that feeling it's not rinsed off completely. Real soap, not garbage and deodorants. Showering with the liquid peppermint is almost like showering in a peppermint patty. Wonderful. And the tea tree is just plain relaxing in the shower. Been looking for a bar soap that could replace the bar soap I had been using. The company of the soap of what I had been using ... Let's just say that I didn't agree with their business practices. Which extended to all of their wholly owned subsidiaries. I found Dr. Bonner's and it has been a good change. Dr. Bonner's cleans better, lasts longer, and smells way better. I did the math and while the per bar cost is higher with Dr. Bonner's the length of time that the bar lasts blows the old brand out of the water. As such, the cost per shower is soooo much lower. I've been using Dove products for years but recently started having skin reactions to them. I saw this on Amazon and gave it a try I should have changed a long time ago the scent it's good and it lathers pretty well.
