Not true to size and they charge for returns
I followed the sizing chart and when arrived, they turned out to be smaller than expected. Tried to return so that I could purchase another pair that would fit me and they do not offer free pick up, expecting me to pay for the return, and since I’m outside the US, that’s cost me more than the actual boots, so I ended up stranded with boots that do not fit and Amazon does not offer me a solution. The media could not be loaded. Me encantaron las botas. Son lo que yo esperaba. Con relación a talla, Soy 9.5 (41) pero como martens no trae esa talla pedí 9, me quedaron bien, son unas botas muy rígidas pero es entendible porque son 100% cuero, les recomiendo que si son X,5 pidan la talla que le sigue.
