After months of suffering with painful plantar fasciitis, I was getting desperate. I bought these and what a game changer - after about 2 weeks of use the P.F. has gone! Now I will add that I also used a self-made blend of essential oils to reduce inflammation and a shiatsu foot roller on a daily basis. I will continue to use these insoles as they fit really well in my house shoes as they are really, really comfortable and work really well and seem to be lasting well after several weeks of use and a couple of washes - well worth the money. I had a foot injury so bad I couldn’t even put weight on my left foot at all. My doctor suggested I stay off it a few days then get these inserts. THEY WORKED!!! The value was the best I found and the arch support has made a tremendous difference for me! The thickness of the cushioning is just the right amount that the shoe still fits well without feeling tight or cramped. If you need extra arch support, this might be just what you’re looking for. Good quality, yes. They’re very thin so if you need thin for certain shoes these are perfect but if you need more support these are not enough in my opinion. Read more
