Love the chocolate brown Dr. Scholl's Rate Zip. I don't know if it's a quality control issue but it is far better made and more comfortable than the black. The insole and the sizing are both different. I can stand in these comfortably for an hour without pain. I purchased a size 9.5 in the brown and black and a size 10 in the black. The 9.5 in the brown is the only comfortable one. For reference my toe box is a little wide but my heels are normal-narrow, so sizing up or wearing wide sizes aren't helpful for me. Read more

I purchased these shoes for family photos as well as work shoes (desk job). Thankfully, I ordered weeks ahead of the scheduled photos as I did have to exchange these. Size & Comfort: I ordered my regular size, women’s 9, and they were incredibly narrow. I don’t have wide feet by any means so I was surprised that the shoes were so tight on my foot. After verifying that I ordered and received the correct size, I opted to return the women’s size 9 and order a woman’s size 9 wide. The women’s 9 wide fits as a 9 regular should. Once I got a size that fit currently, the shoes are comfortable and will do for my needs. I have very high arches and I am comfortable enough in these shoes for photos and my desk job. Look & Functionality: The boots are a good dark black color and the detailing is a nice touch in the suede. The zippers are not the best quality and get stuck easily. Since the opposite side from the zipper has an elastic portion, it’s easy enough to leave the zippers up and slip on the shoes. These shoes are not scratch/scuff resistant but I wouldn’t expect them to be. They are easy enough to take care of so long as you stay on top of it. Read more

I love the style and detail of these boots, they’re comfortable, even without a lot of arch support, I still managed to walk around a Christmas stroll in these without aching feet, and my feet tend to get sore quickly. The heel height is just right and the overall quality seems good so far. I’ve worn them a few times for a few weeks now and have had no issues with the leather scuffing. Definitely not intended for arch support but aren’t very uncomfortable either. Read more

I have ordered so many of these shoes over the years and don't plan on stopping! They are warm. They are super cute whether dressed up or casual. My foot does get wet and the material stains if not taken care of quickly, but that's to be expected with the material. Perfect heel height if you're going for a casual look.
