Yes it sturdy, and at first not easily maneuverable UNTIL you find out it works through the pipe (toilet in my case) if you grab it closer to the end that’s going into the pipe to push it through versus just handling it from the handle. May be less sanitary that way but it works great!! The end with the hook is very thick about 3/4 of an inch so it might not work in tight pipes or drains with a metal frame that cannot be removed Read more

I didn't realize that the top of my drain in the kitchen sink had holes that were way too small for this Drain Snake, so I ended up taking the pipe off anyway. Which was okay - it was so packed, it looked like cement! But, I digress. Even though I didn't get to use it for the kitchen sink, I used it in the dryer vent. It worked great! Just push that little thing down, pop open the clamp, let it grab all the fur and hair down there, and yank it back up. I'll put this upstairs and try it on my bathroom sink. I think it's a good value for the money and it does more than just clean clogged drains. Read more

It's very strong, easy to use and has an incredibly long length very high marks for that. Plus the gripper at the end great for grabbing and removing blockages from drains. but where it falls short is in maneuverability. it's not very good in tight spots. And because of the grip at the end which works great with one drain clogs say as in a sink. but not so good for multi-tasking on a deep shower 2 drain system clog.i found it almost unusable in that situation. I would definitely recommend it for clogged sinks with simple clogs for clearing hair and debris. one drain showers ect. I can't comment on toilets as I didn't have any clogged toilets to try it on, but in my opinion it's perfect for retrieving whatever kids might toss in the toilet and clog it. it's really built for that. You will not be disappointed with the price you pay, if you need it for any of this. Read more

I used this drain snake to clear a stubborn clog in my shower, and it worked surprisingly well. The functionality is straightforward, and it’s much easier than calling a plumber. For the price, it’s definitely good value for money. That said, the quality feels a bit on the cheaper side. The plastic handle and parts could be sturdier, and I wouldn’t expect it to last forever with heavy use. Still, for occasional clogs, it gets the job done without much fuss. It’s also pretty simple to use—even if you’ve never tried a tool like this before. Overall, it’s a practical product that works as intended, though the materials could be more durable. Solid 4 stars from me! Read more

This fantastic product. I had toilet clog that wasn’t cleared with plunger for past 3 days and very many attempts. Ordered this on 1 day delivery as last resort before calling plumber. This product cleared clog in the 3rd attempt and saved me money & mess. Very satisfying product and strongly recommended. It’s long for multi purpose and works fast and great. Water flow started after the cleaning of clog. Read more

Product worked like a charm! I will say, if you have a drain stopper in your sink the head of the drain snake won't fit underneath it - you'll have to remove the stopper then slide the snake down. Other than that, it works perfectly and you can't beat the price. Read more

The drain snake is sturdy, flexible, and easy to use, but its effectiveness is limited. It didn’t work well for hair clogs, as the claw doesn’t grip hair and tends to slide past it. It seems better suited for retrieving solid objects rather than removing hair from drains. Overall, just okay depending on the type of clog. Read more
