⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been really impressed with this vacuum so far. It feels well-built and surprisingly premium for the price. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and the vacuum itself is extremely lightweight, which makes a big difference when moving it around the house or carrying it up and down the stairs. It’s very easy to maneuver and doesn’t feel bulky or tiring to use; something I considered heavily since it would be a gift for my mom. The suction power is strong and more than adequate for everyday cleaning. It picks up debris, dust, and hair really well and hasn’t had any issues with clogging or the dust bin filling up too quickly. Compared to another name-brand vacuum I own, the performance is honestly very comparable. This was used on hardwood floors and tile. I debated this purchase for about a week, and I’m glad I finally pulled the trigger — especially since I almost missed the sale price. The media could not be loaded. Great value! Works great, like the attachments. Lightweight. Easy to empty but you have to get used to NOT pulling the empty canister trigger located right by forefinger pistol style grip and use buttons on top instead. Battery run time is pretty good on low setting but when on MAX power will deplete the battery faster which is more in the 15-20 minute range. Overall, great little tool to make cleaning easy and more convenient than pulling out corded vacuum. Had a question about unit and received excellent post sales customer support. Read more
Very impressed with this vacuum--one of the few at this price range with higher suction available for a cordless vacuum (this is important if you want to be able to use on carpets, etc.! Does a great job picking up all the cat hair and dust from our wood floors and rugs, even on low suction. Super lightweight, easy to carry around, swivel head makes it easy to get into corners. Attachments and telescoping handle make it very versatile for handheld dusting, etc. Didn't realize how much I would like the lighted head--easier to see the dirt/dust on the floor. Great value for the money. Love that it has a HEPA filter to keep allergens down. Has a longer-than-normal warranty and superb customer service--contacted customer support about getting an extra battery and they responded same day. No regrets on this purchase. Read more
I have only owned this for two days. Pros: light weight, ease of use, simple to operate and maintain. Suction is pretty good so far but only time will tell. Update: I also forgot to say, the ease of maintaining this thing was easier than I intially say, and the fit and finish was better than I anticipated for a produce of this price and class. Cons: Battery supposed to be 70minutes. So far on low Suction, about 30-40min. I recommend purchasing a second battery for a little longer use or at least a back up for running out sooner than expected. I live in Apartment/Condo unit about 920sqft. With area rugs and open pergo floors so this thing is supposed to be able handle that. So just barely does Do not purchase this expecting full house use, its mainly for room to room per charge and then back on the charger which takes about 5-6hrs. That is a fair assessment. Update: 2/22/26 After seeing my review, the customer service reached out to me to address my concern. I was not expecting this, this was above and beyond the call as far as I am concerned. They offered me a new battery to address the short time limit on the first battery, I am hoping that its merely a defective battery vs the actual run time, that would be an outstanding resolution. This is the way customer service issues should be addressed, by addressing them before they ever get to a point of failure. I still like the product and I will continue to use it, it is a good product and I am not discounting its performance. According to customer service they have passed along my review for more consideration to engineering, so they can address the issues. I hope it does improve the performance, as I am not disappointed with the performance other than the claim of 70min run time. I am happy to say that they have impressed me even though I was not trying to start any issues at all. Purchased this cordless vacuum as a replacement for several years old similar product from a different brand. I have been impressed by the quality and performance. Suction is far better than my previous vacuum, even when it was new. It is also lightweight and easy to maneuver. Dog fur (Golden Retriever) does not get caught in the rotating sweeping bar, and the canister is easy to empty into the trash can. Read more
This vacuum is truly a great value. It replaced a Hoover Lynx. We use it mostly on tile / hardwood but sometimes carpet. The unit is easy to manuever and very lightweight. The battery life is very good (I’ve used mostly the lowest setting but have run on med and high). The LED light does quite an amazing job of spotting small particles on tile and hardwood – so impressed with this “small” feature. The 2 tools that come with the unit are super convenient to turn the unit into a convenient handheld. I didn’t have room to mount so it sits upright when not in use. The whole design of the unit was well thought out for charging as well as detaching parts and cleaning. The front wheels did squeak which I hit with a drop of silicone spray which solved that issue. I did buy an extra battery. For the cost of the unit, this was a very good value. I hope it lasts! Read more
This product works very well. My only complaint is the door to let out the contents opens the wrong direction and it makes very hard to empty into a trash bin Read more
