I don't often write reviews but when i get a $2000+ paperweight and all the other reivews are free products I sure do. The good: when it works it cleans really well, the app has a lot of advanced options and you can set most prdferances to your liking. The Bad: The first and most glaring is the product DOES NOT WORK, follow all of the instructions and startup guides and the Matrix fails to actually drop the mops for the Robot to use. To overcome this I manually set one pair up and let it run only to have it fail as soon as it needed to switch mops. The battery us utter garbage, during the cleaning it did do when i manually added the mops it did 13 sq m and took about 15 to 20% of its charge. The app does NOT allow you to select what detergent to use where, want that pet care liquid where your pets like to hang out.... too bad. No product support online just paid shill ads. Like that drain + add water feature they show, well no hose, fittings or instructions are included. About a dozen other things in the bad category might update later. 10/31 update: Two calls, a dozen or so emails back and forth, two detailed youtube videos to their tech teams and no fix. Their solution is ship the unit back, they then need to review and verify and only then will they ship a replacement. That's a lot of trust for $2000+. Don't by this product, ill be returning it to amazon instead. Nov update, The company did a great job troubleshooting and ultamately found the unit to be defective and sent a new one, it works fantastic now. Great product! Read more

Overall, very happy with this purchase. Got it before black Friday sale on massive sale. Minor gripe, still not perfect along corners but it is close to perfect and is definitely good enough. Overall, because of this vacuum/mop, I've handed over all of the cleaning (vacuuming and then mopping) to it. It does great job vacuuming at night time and mopping at night time so much so that I can't hear it at night and wake up to clean floors. I no longer have to stress about cleaning up kids toys to avoid them getting sucked in and vacuum getting stuck. The biggest issue to solve next is how to regularly empty the dirty water canister. I don't get notifications in advance of the start of cleaning, instead the vacuum stops mid season asking for water empty and new water fill. This has been the only reason for interrupted sessions. Hope to solve it with water hook up kit in the near future. Read more

We love our Matrix 10. Our DREAME listens to voice commands does a fantastic cleanning job. It’s amazing how smart a robot can be. At first we had a glitch with one of the mechanisms and thought we might need to send it back but the company was super helpful and attentive to the issue and it was resolved with their guidance. We absolutely adore our Dreame. We are a senior couple both with bad backs. Vacuuming especially carpets and washing floors was a cost in pain. We figured it out and the robot is financially less expensive than continuously hiring a cleaning service and available anytime needed. The Dreame matrix 10 has great suction power and even goes over door saddles between rooms. Customer support and backup makes or breaks a product and so far DREAME has proved to be a winner. So far im truly enjoying this robot vacuum compared to others I've tried, once I finally got it through a solid initial deep clean throughout the whole house, its truly done an amazing job, Im looking forward and hoping my review stays standing as i further use it down the road as I do know most of these are still "prototypes". Its been very pet friendly with my large dog, small dog, and cat aswell! Read more

It's pretty nifty when it works, but getting it to work and do a full cleaning is the challenging part. I emailed support 2 days after it was delivered, and we are still working through problems almost 30 days later. I'm not too terribly impressed with their support, not any individual person, but there aren't enough people for the caseload so responses come ~12 hours later and usually from a different person. Each email in the thread feels very transactional. I'll try to organize this a bit. The App: I'm not a fan of the design. It's unintuitive to me. Some controls are taps, radio buttons, slide toggles, and swipes. Settings aren't where they should be intuitively. In fact, the first email to support was me asking where the detergent setting was if I wanted to run a pet detergent mopping. ~5 days and a few wrong locations from support later, they informed me that you can't manually trigger a mop cycle using the pet detergent. Let's talk about that. It's got 3 different cleaning detergents - regular, pet, and wood. Regular is the default. Deep in the dock settings you can tell it that you have pets ( note, not in the robot's pet settings - that controls if it takes a picture of your pets ). If you tell it you have pets, it will randomly use pet detergent on a cycle. The way you know? By manually checking the detergent levels to see if it's gone down, according to support. Ingenious. Next up, wood care cycles. You can't schedule them, only manually trigger them. Oh, and you have to program the rooms to clean each time. I do wish the designers would use the machine regularly before releasing it. Speaking of regular usage, I set it up to start cleaning my floor at 5am every day, vacuum and mop, with most of the floor being wood with one room being carpet with a few rugs. It does detect the carpet and rugs pretty well, but that's when it works. Scheduled cleaning is the biggest problem, as it rarely finishes a cycle, it'll just stop for various reasons while in it's dock. Support put me on a beta firmware to solve this, and today, after 30 minutes of cleaning, it decided it needed to dry the dust bin for 12 hours without charging. I'm currently leaving it like that so support can login and see. I want this to work, but it's been an absolute pain and I'm bummed that I threw away the packaging. Read more
