Dreame Smart Air Purifier PM20 for Home Large Room Cleans 7 534 ft in One Hour with 4

First off I have two other Dreame products. The dream of 40 S ultra floor cleaner and the Z1 pro pool cleaner. They both perform better than I expected, and I have compared them to other brands for the price and performance Dreame beats the competition.I recently purchased a Dreame PM 20 purifier. Its performance has not let me down. It has many features that are easy to control with the remote or your phone. One of the features is, you can set it to come on when it senses movement in the room and will follow it. The heat and cooling features are a great added bonus. I have all three products set up on the app. It is easy control each one by just by scrolling through the app. Right out of the box it was very impressive. It was New Year’s and we were cooking sauerkraut . Within minutes I got the sauerkraut odor out of the house totally and that’s a pretty strong smell. The only way you could tell we were cooking sauerkraut was to raise the lid. I think that is totally amazing. I am in no way text savvy, but I have connected all three products to the app and is very easy to use. In my opinion for the price features and performance I think Dreame products are number one. The product support is great. They will stay with you and even re-contact you until the problem is resolved. The only problems I have had have been user error. Two thermometers in my living room read 70 degrees. This machine read 73.5. Completely inaccurate. I called customer service. 1. The gentleman could barely speak English. 2. I could barely understand him. 3. I wasted 30 minutes trying to understand him. 4. The app is clunky. After growing frustrated, I packed it up and bought a Dyson. It's 90 bucks more, but it does the same thing, is accurate, smaller, and reliable, just like my other three Dyson machines. Save time...buy a Dyson. Has anyone noticed that this air purifier does not actually allow you to choose between upward airflow and forward airflow modes? Despite what is shown in online images and described in advertisements, there is no option for a forward-only airflow mode. I just bought the Dreame PM10, and the unit can only operate with upward airflow. The upward outlet is always blowing air and cannot be turned off. I contacted technical support, but their explanation was unclear. They confirmed that the total airflow is always split, meaning the upward airflow continuously diverts a significant portion of the air. As a result, the forward airflow is far too weak to function like a normal fan. Based on the way this product is presented online through images and descriptions, this appears to be misleading to consumers. I am very disappointed with this purchase. Read more
