I have actually tried dozens and dozens of pillows in my life, and dozens in the past three years, but this is it. Some cheap, some very very expensive, and some very famous brands. This one beats them all. So awesome and comfortable (side sleeper). I tried one and loved it so much I ordered a second right away. It is exactly what I've been searching for forever!!! Stays in shape, extremely comfortable. Only thing is you definitely need a 32" pillowcase to cover it, and I wish they made a 34" pillowcase, but no luck. I was in the market for a new pillow since my old memory foam one was causing head and neck aches, and decided to spend a little extra for this one. It arrives shrink-wrapped with instructions on how to fluff it up - don't overthink it just throw it in the dryer on the lowest heat setting and tumble for about 10 minutes (maybe throw in a dryer sheet to help with the stale smell) It fluffed up significantly, almost too much so for my liking. I ended up taking out about 20% of the total foam inside of it and was very happy with the result. The pillow comes with an extra bag of foam in case you'd like to add more, so there's no reason you shouldn't be able to make this work size-wise. The attached cover is quite soft and plush, definitely give it a good wash first. I may still try and purchase a bamboo silk cover to go over top since I like the feel of those. After a week or so on the pillow I've had no pain and no complaints, sleeping is fun again :) I will update if I have any issues with the quality or longevity, but I believe a warranty is included with the pillow. Not worth the money. No different than any other pillows i have. I have 4 pillows on my bed. One for me and others for my dogs. They cant be trained to do tricks but they saw me use the pillow and now they all put their head on their own pillow! Strange but kool... Read more

Very comfortable. Better than their other iterations. I like the firm layer. The case says not washable however even though the video says otherwise. I deducted one star because it runs hotter than advertised. Better than others though. Over all I would recommend. I’ll update this summer. Read more
