This little thing works great. It was easy to use, with either hand. The heat up time was almost three to five seconds. Does not leak or leave wet marks. The tank is good for up to three pieces of regular size tops. One pass is enough and wrinkles are gone. I used it against my bathroom door and it worked great. The weight is appropriate for the use. I used it for cotton, blends and in the dry mode. Great value for the money. Read more

New review-the manufacturer sent me a new product and I received it quickly. I updated to 4 stars. Since my dryer broke I have had to use this a few times. I love the temperature settings based on material you are steaming. It is lite and easy to use and comes with a glove that, although not heat resistant, is useful while steaming. The water chamber is small and had to keep refilling it, however if using for travel you don't want it to big or bulky for packing. This steamer fits nicely into a suitcase since it is slim. The steamer also comes with a piece that you can put the steamer in while it is on. This is convenient when you need to switch clothing items to steam. I placed the holder on a wooden table. when i was done steaming an item I would place the steamer into the holder to get a new item. When done the table was not even warm. The heat does not penetrate the holder. Would now recommend his item, especially with customer service. Update-the manufacturer read this review and reached out to me in an attempt to fix the problem. Because it is way past the return date they are sending me another product to try. Great customer service. Informed them that I will try this item again and then adjust review. Used it one time on a trip to Europe and it worked great. When I went to use it for the second time all that came out was hot water and left streaks on my clothes. By the time we returned from our trip, it was past the return date. Very disappointed with this purchase as it was a total waste of money. Read more

I got this for my daughter to use at her friend’s wedding in Guadalajara. She used it on her dress the day of the event, and she absolutely loved it! She said it worked perfectly and did the job really quickly. The size and weight are good compared to regular steamers. The water capacity is a bit limited, but it’s a travel-sized piece, so that didn’t bother her too much. It heats up fast and does a great job, so I think it will last a while. I highly recommend it and it’s worth every penny (at least for my daughter 🤣). Read more

I really like product. It heats up very fast just like it says. The steam works great and gets out wrinkles fairly easily. It does not leak waker like steam irons do. It only takes a little bit of water to steam a lot of clothing. It's great at getting wrinkles out of jackets as well. It's a great overall product. The drawbacks are that the cord is really short. I believe it's only about 6 ft long , so I had to use an extension cord to keep the plug from pulling out the wall. It has a little tray that it sits on when it's on but not in use . The tray is pretty much the same size as the head and sometimes will tilt and fall over if it's not resting on the trey just right. It might help to turn the head horizontal before resting it on the tray. Also, be aware that it pulls a lot of electricity and will make your lights flicker. Overall, it's a pretty good value for the money and I like it better than my steam iron. I would recommend it to others. Read more
