I started using this collagen peptides supplement and adding a scoop into my coffee daily. My initial impression of this product was, the jar was smaller than I've expected it. After I open the lid and peel off the seal, I noticed a really pungent aroma coming out of the jar, it was a bit unpleasant, but I believe once I let it air-out, the smell went away. I am not sure if I got a bad batch, but it doesn't appear to have any odd taste or off-flavor. Since the expiration date shows 03/2028. ****UPDATED 8/31/25***** The product may have not meet my expectations, but the customer service received was great. The seller was quite helpful, they certainly go above and beyond to try to make things right. So I appreciate the service received. Thus, I would be open to purchase from this seller again in the future, probably give them another chance and order other products from their store. Compared to other collagen peptides I've ordered, this particular one, the powder isn't very fine, and it's a bit clumpy, not big clumps, but there are visible small clumps, so you'll have to mixed it very well, in order for it to dissolved completely in your drinks. Since I usually add my collagen peptides into my coffee (often times, they're hot) so it helps dissolves any small particles better than in liquids that are at room temperature. I usually stirred my coffee very well, to ensure that everything is dissolves completely and for it to cool down a bit, before I take my first sip. Read more
