These are cute glasses with a lovely shape. The wider bottom, along with being both lightweight and sturdy, makes them feel great to hold. They are well-made (no flaws), and the packaging kept them secure in transit. I would not be able to stick my hand all the way down in them to clean them, but they survived in my dishwasher and I could use a sponge/wand to hand-wash them. These glasses arrived in perfect condition. I washed and dried them and put them in the cupboard. I was happy that it was a set of 12, because we have a large family. I put 6 of them in a storage closet in case any should break in the future. The price was reasonable for how many you get.
