I love this matte tinted moisturizer! It goes on smoothly. Matches my skin tone. I did not notice any kind of a smell that previous reviewers have indicated was present. It evens out my skin tones and my face feels so smooth and soft. My face looks almost like I'm wearing makeup but not wearing makeup.I will buy this again.! UPDATE- After a couple of days I did begin to notice a smell when I applied this product. I don't know why it wasn't present when I first used it. It's not overwhelming and it's not truly unpleasant. As many people have noted, there is very LITTLE coverage/color with this tinted moisturizer... because it's a tinted MOISTURIZER with great sunblock that is lightweight and nongreasy, even the dewy which is all I use. When I need more coverage I put a drop of foundation with a pump of this. Works great and blends together. Followed by a loose powder, it stays smooth and not drying all day. The media could not be loaded. I purchased my 2nd bottle of this tinted, SPF moisturizer. I always wear a SPF face lotion year round as it’s important to protect your face from the sun & help reduce the signs of aging. This is a nice, light moisturizer. I use a makeup sponge to apply it to my face & neck. It doesn’t take much to cover your face so it took me awhile to go thru my 1st bottle. It comes in 2 shades but it’s very light in color when applied to your face. I can’t even tell that I have it on. See photo after I rubbed the lotion in. I love this product and it has become a staple in my routine. It gives only very light coverage, but makes my skin feel soft and moisturized. I love that it is SPF 46. I recently received this product and have only used it for a few days. My initial impression of the product is it light and I like the consistency. It is sheer, looks natural and enhances my complexion. I think the tint works well with my winter complexion, but I think it will be too light for my summer complexion. My biggest issue with this product is the smell. It took a couple applications before I finally figured it out, but the smell is a very strong zinc oxide smell. I haven’t used it enough to decide whether or not I can overlook the smell yet. I will give it a little more time before I make that decision, but if you sensitive to scents or have a strong aversion to scents, I’m not sure this is the product for you. Read more

I wear this tinted moisturizer with spf everyday. Keeps my skin protected and healthy looking. Does not cause any breakouts. The pump container is a good design except the gold trim starts to flake off and gets on your hands as you pump. Leading to you getting gold flakes applied to your face. Great product no matter. My dermatologist was having me use an Alastin tinted sunscreen, but I didn't like the price tag. After checking for similar products online, I ordered this Drmtlgy product and haven't looked back. This moisturizer provides sunscreen, great coverage, and a smooth, dewy finish, all at a reasonable cost. You don't need to use a lot for complete coverage either. When I switched to this, I had several friends who noticed the change and asked what I was doing different. They are now using this moisturizer, like me, in lieu of a heavier foundation. I feel like this is an ok product but it’s nothing super special and so I feel like it’s very very overpriced. I did not notice it providing any coverage and did not even-out my skin tone. I have pretty good skin and rarely use foundation and never a full coverage foundation, but I do like products that just give some light correction and brightening and this did not deliver. That being said it does give some subtle luminosity when used alone, but if you use it as a base for anything else (even just a light tinted moisturizer) that luminosity doesn’t come through. As for the SPF I used while hiking one day and still got a little pink from the sun. It definitely was better than using nothing but wasn’t as effective as drugstore face SPF. Obviously I was sweating some so maybe it’s not really sweat resistant, I did reapply it halfway through the hike too. I think this would be best used as an SPF if you’re not going to be in the sun for long periods of time. It’s best for days of maybe errands and going in and out of stores or even working at an office or something. It is moisturizing but almost has a slight greasiness to it. I purchased this last year and I rarely actively choose to wear it, it’s more of a “I’m in too much of a rush to go get my makeup bag and this is under my bathroom sink so I’ll use it” kind of product. It’s way too overpriced to be that kind of a product so I’d never repurchase it but it’s not so bad that I want to just trash it. I feel like it’s more of $15 product than anything. Read more
