I think these are a good value. They’re smaller than other laundry pods, which I think is great because most laundry loads are better off with less detergent. You can always throw in an extra pod if you want. The detergent has a soft scent and is gentle on my extremely sensitive skin. My laundry comes out clean, soft, and fresh smelling. I also like the packaging - just a compact cardboard box rather than a thick plastic bin. I’ve had no issues with them dissolving. Read more

I love dropps! I was a bit skeptical that they would clean as well as the Tide pods I was using before. I have four boys and a puppy, so we do a lot of laundry around here. And a lot of very dirty laundry at that. These absolutely work as well as Tide (my previous go to). The only noticeable difference is Tide has a strong smell, while Dropps don’t have a strong scent at all. My clothes still come out smelling clean and looking fresh without any perfume/chemical smells. I also love that they come in a cardboard box. Rather than adding more plastic to a landfill, I can reuse or recycle these boxes. They are also sufficiently child proof. I’m guessing my 10 year old could figure out how to open the box, but my 4 and 6 year old couldn’t. They just aren’t strong enough/have big enough hands. Update 9/2022 - I’m still using dropps and still love them for all the same reasons. Read more

The media could not be loaded. We have become giant fans of the dropps laundry pods. Love making good choices for the environment while supporting a small business that is a B corp. clothes come out clean and smelling nice. We used unscented forever and then took a chance on the fresh air and our daughter who has skin allergies tolerated it just fine. It cleans well and leaves soft good smelling clothes without being over perfume smelling . Read more

LOVE these detergent pods. I was using detergent sheets for awhile, but did more researched and learned that most detergent sheets have high levels of plastic in them. Did some research, found Dropps and ditched the detergent sheets. I appreciate the scent (not overpowering but just enough), they are great quality, the detergent doesn't affect my sensitive school, and they are made in America or Canada (which I look for in products now days). I was pretty annoyed to find when my Dropps arrived that these particular ones are not recommended for use in cold-water washes, which is a majority of my laundry loads. I use it in them anyway, but I'm frustrated that I need to buy two different boxes for cold and warm washes. I also wonder if I should be using more because I do not smell the detergent at all when the wash is done. I suppose this is actually a good thing -- indicating it all washes out -- but I wonder if it could mean I should use 2. I have a toddler whose clothes are always stained so it's hard to tell! Dropps seem to be about as effective as other free and clear detergents. Read more

I bought these after twice finding an intact Tide pod in the dryer. So after soaking and drying dirty clothes I decided I’d try something that might dissolve. They looked tiny in comparison and I was skeptical, but they dissolved, produced soap, and clothes came out smelling clean. I thought that’s how all pods were supposed to work to begin with but apparently not. These work. Read more
