Great dryer. Works at drying hair so much faster. However, I purchased the travel model and it just BROKE apart in my hands. I WILL purchase this dryer again, however not the travel model because obviously it isn't stable for long time use, it comes apart. Granted, I purchased this in Nov 2019, it's been 4.5 years, can't products last longer anymore? I'm very careful with my products, this isn't used by a couple times a week and generally I don't travel with it, and I travel a lot. I was excited to buy this new hairdryer especially since it is supposed to be good for travel. It was purchased in 2022 and not even 2 years later it has stopped working. I turned it on one day and it got so hot I could see the insides glowing and had to unplug it. I checked to make sure no one had switched the voltage accidently. I'm truly disappointed that this expensive hairdryer that I loved couldn't make it 2 years especially since I have an international trip coming up. My old hairdryer was going on 10 years. I have really thick curly hair that takes forever to dry, and it's caused stress on even full sized dryer motors. This little baby did great (it's shockingly powerful) and the diffuser (sold separately) works nicely as well. Love that it folds down for carry-on stowage. Read more
Completely in love with this blow dryer. My hair goes half way down my back and this dries my hair in less than 10 minutes. It’s light weight so doing a full blow out doesn’t exhaust my arms like other dryers. Bought in 2022. First it cracked in half where it was supposed to fold and I got them to replace it. Now it blew out and just doesn’t work anymore. I smelled a burning smell and it was done. Totally fried. After maybe once weekly use for a couple years. Poor quality product. Read more
Works just as I hoped. Used this once at a hotel that had this brand. Worked so well I had to buy one myself. Comes with a little travel pouch great for storage. I don’t like drying my hair with a hair dryer but this does the trick without making my hair feel crunchy afterwards. Read more
