Obviously any store bought ground meat is not anywhere near a home made one and I know this from experience. However this meat really seriously underdelivered. First of all it is bluish in color when it arrives, no i tis not spoiled, it is just this cold pink with a hint of cold blue in it. Instant turn off. Then no matter how great cook you are, what spices you add and what technology you use it tastes so flat, so unmeant like that you wonder what is this really. I would compare it to the cheapest fast food hamburger taste that does not taste like real meat. This is the second and the last time I bought it. Both times the same experience. It really makes more sense just to buy a piece of meat and use your home grinder or even if, get a ground meat from your local Whole Foods butcher fridge. Anything but this cardboard like meat.
