wicked comfy especially for the price. we got a 2in and my back stopped hurting almost immediately. it puffed up to size way quicker than i was expecting. my girlfriend said it smelled like factory. she has a better nose than me. i don’t really notice the cooling effect. that might be a deal breaker if you’re looking for something cold. I bought the two inch in a full size. When I opened it, it was flat and misshapen. I left it lay flat as instructed and assumed it was going to take the full 48 hours to puff up but to my surprise 8 hours later it was ready to go. I’m a big girl and my bed was super uncomfortable but this made it a different bed. I slept so good and comfy. It does not seem to hold heat and really makes the bed more luxurious. 1st: there are instructions about what to do before using the topper. It is well wrapped & compact. You remove the wrapping & lay it out on a flat surface for 48 hours for it to fully expand before using it. It was fun watching it "grow" quickly in the beginning. I placed it on top of my mattress with a mattress cover & sheet over it, so it's sandwiched between the mattress and the coverings. My mattress cover & sheets have deep pockets so no issue with adding the topper. Slept on it last night for the first time. Very comfy. I just kind of sunk into it as if it were form fitted. I'll add more after I've used it a while to see how well it stands up to use night after night. I am glad I bought it. An inexpensive addition for comfort. Read more

It says to lay out the topper 48 hours before using, but I couldn't wait. After about 3-4 hours, I place it under the fitted sheets and had the best night of sleep in my life. It just feels good, reduces pain, and gives me solid sleep. Read more
