Cannot praise the effectiveness of this steam cleaner enough honestly I don’t know how I lived my whole life without it. I use it on absolutely everything floors, furniture, cabinets, appliances, etc. it works phenomenally on my glass shower doors. I am extremely satisfied with this steam cleaner. I used it to clean my bathroom, including the shower cabin, as well as my kitchen stove, and the results were excellent. It removes dirt and grease very effectively without the need for harsh chemicals. The device is very easy to use and heats up quickly. It made deep cleaning much faster and more convenient than traditional cleaning methods. One important thing to note is that the initial package does not include enough cloths and brushes, so I would definitely recommend ordering extra accessories together with the machine. Also, the bag that comes with the product is not very practical - the device does not fit inside properly. Mine STOPPED working after 3 uses, but outside the return window. I have reached out to the seller. Too expensive to have these kind of issues in 3 uses. I have a child with allergies, who does immunotherapy. I needed a good product to assist along with all the other measures we were taking. This is why I went with the pro with attachments. This failed to reach the mark. Plenty of cheaper options on the market. It had great potential and I wanted to love it, as it has multiple attachments, steams everything we needed, and was easy to use. I could quickly change between attachments while working in each room. It also was easy to carry upstairs, and stored easily in my closet. I also loved the speed at which it heated up. None of those things do me any good now, as I have NO WORKING steamer I’ll wait to hear back from the seller. Read more

Best steam cleaner I've owned. Holds a lot of water letting me do a lot of cleaning without having to stop and refill. Haven't used many of the accessories yet but will for some future areas I have yet to clean. Read more

It would be nice to have somewhere for the hose to go, maybe to wrap around the handle. Also, the power cord is super hard to wrap up. It would be great to have a retractable cord. We also had an issue with the handle heating up due to leaking steam but I contacted support and I think I got it fixed. But this steam cleaner really does great and is easy to use! Read more
