Love this steamer. Very well designed and heats up well. Love that there are wheels integrated on the bottom. The manual recommends using distilled water but shows in their video and ads using tap water but it may cause mineral buildup in the machine. The bag is nice especially for storing the unit when not in use. The Neat version heats up in about 8 minutes. I think the new Neat Plus heats up in 1to 2 minutes. This is a fantastic tool that is easy to use. It takes 8 minutes for the water to heat to the appropriate level. It is small and compact making it perfect for our RV. I love knowing things are very clean despite living with pets. It works well using our RV power system and I have no concerns about it leaking. The unit is so well sealed, I can tip it over and it does not leak. We did order the carrying bag which is very convenient and keeps things organized. The accessory kit is convenient though I do wish there was another metal scrub head included. The one that was included was consumed with my first big project, but I was cleaning commercial grout tile which had not been done for years. It did a great job cleaning it, though, so I will be buying a couple of replacement heads. I was also able to use this on my cabinets, the RV toilet, sinks, etc.. This is made very well and is very sturdy. It cleans and sanitizes my laminate wood floors. It came with several different cleaning pads etc and a nice bag to hold them all in. Be sure to use distilled water in it though or the tank can build mineral deposits. When I first used it, I worried that I would need to empty the water completely each time but I don’t actually need to do that. Since the water boils, there aren’t any germs to grow mold as long as you don’t open the lid after you turn it off. I have left the water in for a couple of weeks at a time with no issues. My only suggested improvements would be that it’s hard to tell how much water is in it. If you don’t put enough in, then you have to wait until it cools down before you can safely open the lid to refill it. Also, sometimes when I’m filling it, an air bubble gets stuck in the valve and the water won’t go down so I have to shake it or tilt it to get the air bubble out. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase though and feel good that I can use it to sanitize my house. Read more

We have two very furry dogs and live in a very dusty area, so I wanted a steam cleaner to help me get dog slobber off walls, dust off of baseboards, clean grout and to disinfect areas where the dogs lie down the most. Setting the machine up was very easy, you just pour water in, then wait a few minutes, and you’re good to go. It has a long cable and moves along the floor. I usually have to use serious elbow grease to clean parts of the home, but this machine obliterated dirt in minutes without scrubbing on my part. It also got rid of all the dust on baseboards - I just had to wipe the water off. It’s extremely versatile due to the various attachments, and just the right size so you can clean a large area without refilling. Hands-down, best cleaning product I’ve ever owned in my entire existence next to a Dyson. I clean so much more often now that I have this because it just erases the dirt out of my house. I am so excited to use it very easy to use. The only thing that would be like drawback would be having to wait for the water to heat up, but that’s not the fault of the product. I think overall it does a great job of getting things clean I’m talking about from the house to the car the garage tools, toys phones, you name it this steamer does an immaculate job of getting it clean or getting it sterilized. The best part about this steam cleaner is the large holding tank, which allows you to clean a decent sized area in one tank fill. The steam cleaner is really lightweight and only takes 8 min to heat up. I purchased this specifically to clean the grout in my tile kitchen and bathrooms. I also used it to clean some of our kitchen appliances and walls and it works great as I could see the dirt and grime melt away. Note: I did purchase ZEP tile and grout cleaner and brightener after completing half of my kitchen tile. This product is only to be used directly on the floor and NOT in the steam cleaner. The ZEP cleaner did make the job go faster as I did not have to scrub the grout as much. I would recommend this steam cleaner to anyone who wants a more efficent way to clean their home. Read more
