The VHS/DVD player came in a timely manner. The device works great. I was even given a bonus VHS tape! Also included was a hand-written card which I found to be particularly charming. It reminded me of old times when people went to a store and share conversation with the salespeople. I will buy from this seller again. I hope you would consider them also. Read more

This product is the BIGGEST PIECE OF CRAP! VCR didn't even work and the DVD worked but not as advertised. I put in a DVD-R which it advertised it would play, got an error message. Tried another, same thing. Now have to go through hassle of returning and waiting on refund. Bought a real lemon. Read more

I received this item today. The component itself looks okay, since I just received it I am not commenting on it. I paid an additional $10 for the remote, which was dirty, sticky, and broken. The batteries would not go in easily and looks they will not stay on track. I had to tape the cover to stay on and it looks like that was done before because the item was sticky and the glue from the tape was still on it. I had a hard time getting it to work with the component because it looks like the remote was pulled open before and all the keys do not function because of that. Not worth returning because of amount, but I will have problems with it until a new one I ordered today from the manufacturer comes in. I hope it will work with the component and I don't have in problems there. I usually don't write reviews, but this inconvenienced me and I had to spend another $20 dollars for a new remote.
