So I haven't even ridden this yet but right out of the box this thing seems worthless. First of all, it was sold with a weight rating of 330lbs but the manual says it has a weight rating of 220lbs. So I might not even be able to use it. Then it says don't ride it in the rain. Don't ride it in the rain?!? What the hell is the point of a vehicle that can't be ridden outside? Where are people supposed to ride it? It says don't ride it in the road. Again, where the hell are people supposed to ride it. I bought the thing as a mobility vehicle that I could fold up and take with me on the bus. The app is in Spanish. I certainly don't care if the app is in Spanish but I need an app I can actually read. In any case, the app doesn't seem to do anything anyway. Update: So yeah, this thing is worthless. I took it out for a test and it could barely move on flat ground let alone up any kind of hill. But even if I could the thing is still useless. You need the app to unlock it. I did get the app to display in English but every time you try to use the thing the app disconnects all your other Bluetooth connected devices. This fits me perfectly. Smooth ride maneuvers good going up and down the slight inclines. Installed easy tires are great since I’m 300lbs and the price was reasonable. The charge is the only thing that doesn’t last long when you charge full it drains down to 2 bars on every trip so you have to keep charging before each ride. Read more

There are upsides and downsides to this scooter. The upsides are: -Goes as expected; 19mph -Motor works well; 500w -Fairly good battery life and range -It's good on flat roads and small inclines -There are the headlights, blinkers, and taillight -Customer support is easy to reach; ask Rufus AI The downsides: -The latch that locks the scooter when folded down makes a lot of noise on rides -The taillight and latch fell off after about 7 months -The scooter has these weird error codes that happen when you press and hold the throttle and brake -Blinkers are REALLY small -Stopped working after 9 months If you need customer support, ask Rufus AI for help Read more

After riding… all the bolts and screws were coming loose. It’s like they never got tightened. Screws and bolts over the entire scooter were affected. And some of the areas can not be tightened bwithout taking the scooter apart. One area in particular is under the mud flap on the front wheel. The bolt is out of reach….under the center of the flap with 2 inches of clearance and my hand can’t reach to tighten. It is unrivaled because the flap drags on the wheel.
