This rice is one of the best Jasmine rices I have tried to date. This is a new favorite. It cooks well, doesn't stick to my pots and it's very fluffy. It's a bit sticky and sweet tasting also. In comparison to Lucky Elephant brand, theirs is a stiffer Jasmine that does sometimes stick more than I'd like. Lucky is also less sticky and drier of a rice. I cook mine traditionally in a small to medium pot on the stove. Electric rice cooker is not needed. I rinse the rice until the water is mostly clear then boil until you can see the rice on top. At this point the pot has been cooking for 5-10 minutes. Next turn down and simmer for the next 15 or when the rice is soft which ever comes first. My last two orders I managed to score this for a very good price of 20 dollars. I'm willing to pay up to 40 for this bag of rice. Anything more is too expensive in my opinion. Overall, this is a very fluffy, semi sticky, very flavorful Jasmine rice that is worth the price commanded. Read more

I like the dynasty Jasmine rice. My roommate was originally from Vietnam and got me started eating this rice. I'm a Midwest guy of English and European decent and my family always bought the minute rice or something similar growing up. I had no idea where to find the rice like what you get at a Chinese restaurant. He taught me to always rinse and clean my rice to get any herbicides, pesticides or other pollutants off of them, which I did not know was a thing. I always cook it per the instructions and it turns out nicely. But I haven't tried a lot of rice's in my life, so I'm by no means an expert. All I know is this tastes like the rice I get from the Chinese restaurants I've eaten at and it has a good flavor. And Chinese and Korean food are two of my favorite foods, so I have eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants from California to New York (I traveled for work a lot.) Please let me know if there's a better rice I'm missing out on! Thank you! Read more

Easy to cook. Measure 1 part rice and 1.5 parts water, bring to a boil together, then reduce heat to very low and cook covered for 15-20 minutes. Long grain, pearly appearance. No detritus or bugs. Sturdiness of sack was sufficient. Read more
