The Dyson fan from seller Square Four was defective: it provided no cooling and negligible airflow. Upon return, they first falsely claimed I sent the wrong item. When confronted with UPS documentation, they imposed a 90% restocking fee for their faulty product. This is not an isolated incident. A pattern of identical reviews confirms this is a deliberate strategy by Square Four to profit by selling defective units and then blocking refunds through false claims and predatory fees.
