Absolutely wonderful product. It heats an entire large room perfectly and very low noise. The air purification also works great and the sensors for the air quality as well. And you can control and track everything on the app while away from home. I would highly recommend this product. Works quite well in my small sunroom where I love to sit and read year round. Takes a while to warm up but it’s comfortable in a half hour or so. In fact it gets so warm I end up turning it off after a few hours. It’s very well made, so quiet, and easy to use once I figured out the remote control. It’s a nice compact size and fits in a corner of the room. I’m quite happy with this purchase. Read more

These new Dyson Hot+Cool Fans have two-stage filters and work great compared to the originals. The originals were difficult to open, had no filters, and could get loaded with dust. The new ones clean the dust from the air as well as keep you warm or cool! You can also buy new filters. Read more

I’m really disappointed because this is the second that I’ve tried and the air sensors just do not work. After doing all of the troubleshooting instructions then PM2.5 and PM10 remained reading a 4. Which it should definitely be fluctuating as I have pets and the air quality is terrible right now. In addition the product packaging itself looked not new and cut into. It was missing the manual and the remote was floating around in the box. Overall it was pretty disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be trying Dyson purifiers again and will be moving to another brand. Read more

Well it heat and cools. But mine has a problem where the thermostat gets warm, so the machine won't warm the room because it thinks the room is warmer than it is. But if you unplug it for a few hours, then the thermostat resets. For an expensive heater, you shouldn't have to do that. I haven't bother to figure out a better fix or if it is under warranty still and that is my fault. Read more
