Yes!!!!

I debated for a long time because of the price. Once I started letting my hair go curly, I thought about the Dyson again and wondered if it might make my curls better. Well, of course technique is the most important thing with curls and usually every day is a different day; but, the Dyson Nural truly facilitates the process. My hair is shoulder length and it takes me about 12 minutes to get my hair dry enough to let it finish air drying. This has completely cut down drying time for me, and it dries and styles in a way that’s safer for hair. Less direct heat, less heat damage, more shine. My hair looks better in styling, and it looks better overall with its condition. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it for straight or curly hair. Read more

Great dryer!!

I love this thing. I was skeptical about cutting my time down in the morning, which was the goal, but I'm happy that this dryer delivered. I have natural curly hair and I baby my curls. The noise level is not too loud and it's comfortable in the hand. I love the cup attachment that comes with the dryer is a must for curls as is the diffusor attachment. This comes with a lot of extras and well worth the price. Awesome quality!! Read more

Cuts drying time way down

For the longest time I wanted this Dyson blow dryer but didn’t want to spend the money. My husband just went ahead and ordered it for me. I love it. The weight of the dryer is so much lighter then my old dryer, I love how it actually comes with all the attachments for the dryer and I don’t have to by them separately. All the attachments go on and off the dryer very easily and at the same time has a strong hold and works really well. The drying time now to dry my hair is really fast and it leaves my hair feeling so soft and I actually don’t have a bunch of flyaways. I still think it’s too expensive for a blow dryer. With how expensive it is I’m hoping it will last me for at least 5 years plus. Read more

Short lived

This is the second Dyson hair dryer I have bought and both subsequently died. This one lasted one year and 2 months. For the price, the repair should be ensured for longer than 4 months. When it works, it’s great…. Read more

My wife and kids seem to love this hair dryer. Don’t ask me, I’m bald. Quality seems to be as expected for this price point from Dyson. It’s not heavy and from what I see it dries their hair quickly and is great for some styling. Read more

Gimmicky with few Nice-To-Haves

R. S.July 12, 2024✓ Verified purchase

Let me start off with how ridiculous I thought $400+ hairdryer was. This was $500. To unwet my hair. Well, it's a game-changer. Straight to the pros and cons. Pros: (Nural-specific) -Auto-detect when it's placed down is nice. Rarely use it because it's still running, but nice peace of mind knowing I won't burn my place down. -Heat Sensor is sometimes useful. It all depends on the attachments, as some aren't designed to work. -Dry settings memory for each attachment is very convenient. No need to fiddle with buttons swapping between attachments. -Very lovely color in person, I'll embarrassingly admit I paid extra for Nural for this. (General) -Fast drying with minimal heat, no hair damage. (Comment: I didn't believe it when everyone said it was a game-changer but really. I used to infrequently dry my hair... now I just do it for fun. It's perfect right before showering for a night out. Also, I rarely showered at night because I didn't want to sleep with wet hair, but now I can and do so very frequently. -Pretty lightweight and easier to maneuver than traditional. It's less bulky, and it doesn't have a long nose. Feels very nice to use on a daily.) -Thick cables, nuff said. -So many useful attachments. Many videos out there that can explain better than these texts. Cons: -Price. $500 is still much, $250-300 would sit better. There are Dyson copies on Amazon for fraction of the cost and are almost as good. But if you've got the money and the pros really matter, it's still pretty worth. -Durability? I've heard these break often and I can see it. For this price point, that's unnerving. But mine's not old enough so take this with a grain of salt. -The buttons for different settings. Placement is all over and not very ergonomic nor intuitive. I also keep turning it on accidentally when I place it in a holder but of course, this varies per your setup. Overall, I feel like it's a game-changer. If you thought expensive hair dryers were ridiculous like me, try one in-store or borrow a family or friend's.. if they even let you. I guess that'd be the real friend test! Read more

Best Hairdryer ever! But dies to soon for the cost.

C.McCoyOctober 13, 2025✓ Verified purchase

First and foremost, this is a GREAT hairdryer and well worth the cost. It leaves my hair less frizzy, more manageable, and dries my hair so much quicker than any other hair dryer I have used before. The reason this doesn't get a five star is that this is my second hair dryer because the first one died 25 months after I got it. Just one month past the manufacture warranty and you can't get a good warranty on this item. This is pricey but worth the expense if this item lasted. It turned out that the dust and hair got into the intake (Even though I clean the filter) and wouldn't allow this to work anymore. Read more
