Supplements you never expect to great. No one does. When I read on the back of the bottle that it can can be diluted in water, I thought to myself “oh great it’s tastes horrible and they want you drown out it taste. My husband thought the same thing. He looked disgusted when I took a dropper full strength and dropped it all right into my mouth. When I was pleasantly surprised with its pleasant honey/herb like taste, he thought I was faking it so I could trick him into doing it. I did a second one (which is the recommended dose size, and he was finally willing to try it. He is so picky about foods and he agreed it tasted like honey mixed with herbs. Don’t worry my vegan friends there is no honey actually in it. It is a vegan product but that’s the closest description I can come up with. It’s thick like cough syrup, and goes down easily. You won’t feel like you have to wash it down either. It really tastes great, I’m impressed. Does it work? The height of one’s immune system is kind of hard to see. I have had better clarity of mind though. Realizations and epiphanies that I should’ve realized a long time ago. I waited to write this review until I finished the first bottle and been regularly taking it for a almost a month. One bottle should last one person a month but mine didn’t quite make it that long because my husband started taking it too. Read more

After discovering E2H products, I've been swapping out manmade chemical compounds for all-natural supplements like this and my body feels better with each day that passes. I'm grateful for fewer pills to swallow, and these 2 ounce bottles are simple to shake, dispense, and store tinctures that I believe in. As a dietary supplement, this can be taken directly or added to water. I take mine directly and it tastes a bit earthy followed by a twinge of sweetness at the end. It's comprised of three simple ingredients that include Red Banded Polypore, Papaya Leaf, and Holy Basil Leaf (in addition to vegetable glycerin and purified water). According to the book MUSHROOMS FOR HEALTH: MEDICINAL SECRETS OF NORTHEASTERN FUNGI (Marley 2009), tinctures made from Red Banded Polypores can act as anti-inflammatories in addition to boosting the immune system. Papaya Leaves and Holy Basil Leaves both have a myriad of benefits that some quick armchair research can help you decide if this supplement is right for you. In my world, Immunity Boost allows me to kick Ibuprofen to the curb and help ward off infections while surrounded by a potpourri of germs in the middle school where I teach. There are 48 servings in a 2 ounce bottle; two bulb-squeezes (1/3 of the dropper) equal one serving, and a person can take two servings per day. Manufactured in the USA, this is GMO-Free, Vegan, Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, and Alcohol-Free. Read more

I felt good about ordering these E2H Earth to Humans Immunity Drops with their simple three-ingredient blend. The recommended dosage is (2) dropper bulb squeezes, twice a day. I started with a third of a dropper until I knew how it would affect me. I had no adverse effects. I like the taste, sweet and not bitter. I like that it’s manufactured in the U.S., for a brand located in Boulder, Colorado. Immunity drops I’ve used in the past have contained echinacea, goldenseal, and other herbs. I try to maintain my immune response with vitamins and other supplements, neti pot, good oral hygiene including WaterPik, and adequate sleep. I’m sensitive to gluten, dairy and yeast. If I don’t avoid such foods, my immune response is weakened, and I get sinus inflammation and general fatigue. I typically get either a sinus infection, or whatever virus is circulating. Sometimes though, with herbs, generic Flonase, elderberry zinc lozenges, hot showers/baths, rest and sleep, I dodge getting sick. It takes escalated vigilance to dodge getting sick when I’m exposed to one of these food allergens, for about a week. There’s a temptation to think I’m all better, sooner than a week, but that’s usually a mistake. If you order these E2H Immunity Drops, I hope they help you dodge a cold, or sinus infection. I encourage you to go to bed each night with a clean mouth, throat, and nasal passages. And if you have sinus issues consider temporarily eliminating some foods, as my doctor had me do. That’s how I found out about the gluten and dairy sensitivities, an elimination diet. My doctor also pointed me to the book, “Sinus Survival,” by Dr. Robert Ivker. It’s been invaluable to me. Good luck, and be well. Read more

I was super excited to receive this after reading about each of the ingredients and learning how good they are for health and immunity. - Red Banded (Belted) Polypore: A medicinal mushroom that is known as a digestive tonic, helping to relieve gastrointestinal inflammation. It's also good for stimulating the immune system and acting as an antihistamine. - Holy Basil Leaf: As an adaptogen it has lots of benefits - Contains antidepressant and antianxiety properties. Protects against diabetes. Boosts immunity. Improves symptoms of asthma. Reduces inflammation. Papaya Leaves: One of the biggest benefits is its ability to treat symptoms of dengue fever by increasing blood platelet levels. Can help control blood sugar levels. Eases uncomfortable digestive issues like gas, heatburn, and bloating. Improves appearance of skin. May help prevent cancer. The dropper fills only about a third of the way and you will need to take two doses twice a day. The tastes reminds me of cloves and is not unpleasant at all. I hate swallowing pills so this is a perfect way for me to get some powerful immune boosting vitamins and the price is great for three bottles! Read more
